This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through MuscleLobby. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
MuscleLobby operates as a marketplace that connects customers with independent third-party vendors. All products are listed, fulfilled, and shipped by respective sellers, and therefore return and refund decisions are subject to the conditions mentioned herein as well as the individual vendor policies.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or replacement only in cases where the product delivered is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Expired
- Incorrect
- Tampered with at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return, the customer must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The request must include proper proof such as:
- Unboxing video
- Clear images of the product
- Packaging photos
- Invoice copy
Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the return or refund request.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, MuscleLobby maintains a strict no-return policy on opened, used, or consumed supplement products.
Once a product has been unsealed or used, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances except where required under applicable law.
This policy is enforced to ensure product integrity and customer safety.
3. Return Approval Process
If a return request is approved after verification, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
After successful pickup and inspection by the vendor, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.
4. Refund Process
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5 to 10 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or technical processing delays.
5. Replacement Policy
In certain cases where replacement stock is available, the vendor may choose to provide a replacement product instead of issuing a refund.
MuscleLobby reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement will be provided based on the nature of the issue and vendor confirmation.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
However, cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch, subject to system confirmation and vendor approval.
If a customer refuses to accept a valid delivery without a legitimate reason, MuscleLobby reserves the right to restrict future ordering privileges or take necessary action.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges, convenience fees, platform fees, or other service-related charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to vendor error or a verified defective product.
8. Product Disclaimer
As MuscleLobby does not manufacture products listed on the platform, we do not take responsibility for product performance, results, or any health-related outcomes.
Customers are strongly advised to carefully read product information and consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement product.
Any disputes regarding product quality shall be coordinated with the respective vendor for resolution.

MuscleLobby reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
